How it works
The process

Let me know the size of your group and date of event (minimum of 2 people). I understand you may not have final numbers so an estimate is fine :)

I will email you to confirm availability. *NOTE BOOKINGS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL*

I will contact you (via your preferred method of contact) to arrange a time to set up (usually 1-2hrs prior to the event but can be flexible with this) and for pack down. (Usually the day after the event, but again can be flexible)

Decide what you would like to paint (I can provide the design or you can pick your own: see below)

Have your tables and chairs set up prior to my arrival

Let me work my magic on your space.

I’ll leave you to have your fun

When you’re done you can either leave the table as it is or if you need your table after you’ve finished painting, I’ll provide boxes to put all the paint covered equipment into. The only thing I ask is that the used brushes are kept in water.

Admire or laugh at your creations, This will be a night to talk about for years to come!

I will return at the agreed time to collect all of the equipment.
What's Included
Everything you need for a canvas by candlelight event

Paint: acrylic paint in a wide variety of colours to let your imagination run wild
Easels: for use on the night
Paint Brushes: a selection of different sized paint brushes
Artist Palettes: to hold your paint
Cups: for cleaning brushes
Canvas: one 41cm x 30.9cm canvas per person. To keep!
Plastic tablecloth underlay
Linen look Tablecloth: to fit the size of your table
Candles
Decoration of the table: Florals or greenery and candles
Wine glasses: if required
Containers: to store dirty equipment when not in use
Print outs: of your chosen image to use as inspiration
Set up and pack down: at agreed times
What do you paint?
The possibilities are endless! here are a few ideas for you.
If you're stuck for ideas, I can give you some options to choose from.

Pick your own photo
This can either be a photo off your own camera roll or simply one that you’ve found on google images that’s inspired you
Theme your night
Some fun ideas for a theme include: Paint your partner, paint your pet, self portrait, paint the bride/groom. You could even choose your own theme for the night! i.e favourite movie etc. Simply snap a photo of your muse and use this for a reference.
Personally I feel that its more fun if everyone is attempting to paint the same thing, (a little friendly competition never hurt anyone, right?) but if you all want to create something different that’s totally fine too!
